Conduit Picks up Two Awards

Conduit, the Irish Contact Centre Services company, has been awarded the International Outsource Partner of the Year and Innovative Use of Technology Awards, for services provided to Tourism Ireland, at the Irish Contact Centre Awards held in Dublin on Thursday 15th November. Conduit was announced as the winner fighting off tough competition from a number of well-known companies in both categories. more

Irish contact centre services company Conduit, has won an award for customer service management team of the year for their work with Talk Talk. The company had been short-listed in five categories for this year's Irish Customer Service Awards. more

The mid-1990’s brainchild of Liam Young, since last year Conduit has been in the embrace of InfoNXX, an American multinational. Young departed in 2006 after selling his interest and now in charge is Denis Creighton, 43, a telecoms professional who joining Conduit six years ago from Eircom. more
