Conduit, the Irish Contact Centre Services company, has been awarded the International Outsource Partner of the Year Award, for the services provided to Tourism Ireland, at the Irish Contact Centre Awards, fighting off tough competition from a number of well-known companies. On top of winning the award, Conduit had been nominated in two other categories: Contact Centre Manager of the Year and Innovative Use of Technology. Denis Creighton, Chief Executive of Conduit, said, “We are delighted to have won this award for the service we provide to Tourism Ireland and, indeed, all our customers. more

Conduit is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Denis Creighton as Chief Executive Officer. He has been the Chief Operating Officer with Conduit since 2001. more

Tourism Ireland, the organisation responsible for growing overseas tourism to Ireland has awarded their worldwide call centre contract to Conduit, following an EU Level 4 tendering process. The contract is worth between €3m-€4m over a three year period. more
