  • Commenced as call centre provider for Bord Gais’s entry into the Irish electricity market

  • Appointed by Talk Talk in Ireland to support all their Customer Care needs
  • Conduit is acquired by INFONXX, the global directory enquiry organization
  • Our partnership with Tourism Ireland is named ‘Best Outsourced Relationship’ in the UK Contact Centre Awards; our partnership with Vodafone is a finalist in the same category
  • Appointed by Aer Lingus to build an email automation system

  • Conduit opened it’s flagship,600 seat call centre in Cardiff.
  • Signed big deal outsourcing deal with Bord Gais
  • Launched 118 811 in Austria
  • Launched 1850 in Switzerland
  • Commenced working with Telewest

2000

  • Listed on the NEUER Market in Germany
  • Formed partnership with Sonera

1999

  • Launched 11850 In Ireland
  • Entered UK Market as an Outsourced DQ partner

1998

  • Deregulation OF Directory Enquiries in Ireland prompts Conduit’s entry to this market, where we quickly secured a 30% market share.
  • We also established a subsidiary in Austria

  • Commenced our first outsourced call centre business with Digifone (O2)

  • Conduit was founded in Dublin, Ireland with a 15 seat customer service operation.
